For over 30 years, Tony Masi has been working tirelessly in the financial industry. His commitment to providing exceptional service is evident in his acquisition of the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation in 2001. As a father of four and an active community member, Tony understands the challenges of balancing life’s demands. He often spends weekends volunteering at the local church, enjoying family time, or hitting the golf course.
At Oasis Wealth Design, Tony brings his profound understanding of financial dynamics to help you declutter your “financial junk drawer.” His mission is to guide you in managing your income while considering the erosion factors that can impact it. With Tony, you’ll find peace of mind knowing your financial future is secure, allowing you to relish today.

Beverly Krzmarcik
Beverly Krzmarcik joined Oasis Wealth Design full-time in 2012, having been involved in various capacities for the past 15 years. Learning under Tony, Beverly has become an integral part of our team, contributing significantly to the creation and launch of Oasis Wealth Design Group. Her background in Business Finance, coupled with her dedication to client success, makes her an invaluable asset to our firm.
Beyond her professional commitments, Beverly is a passionate musician, lending her voice to the Guelph Chamber Choir and KW Glee POP Therapy. She is also an active member of Advocis Golden Triangle. On weekends, Beverly enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Ryan, their children—Lilah and Carter—and their Labrador, Kobe.

Courtney is a licensed and experienced administrative assistant with deep expertise in the life insurance industry. She is passionate about helping clients secure their financial futures, no matter their stage in life. Her top priorities are delivering excellent client service and fostering lasting, meaningful relationships. As a dedicated and knowledgeable administrator, Courtney provides personalized support to ensure seamless policy administration. Outside the office, she enjoys quality time with her loving family, particularly with her energetic young son, who brings excitement to her days. Summer weekends often find her exploring the outdoors or relaxing at her parents' trailer up north. With her blend of industry knowledge, warm demeanor, and strong work ethic, Courtney is a valued partner within the Oasis Wealth family.
